Precision Body Arts' owner and senior piercer Ryan Ouellette has been professionally piercing since 1998. He is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Piercers. In addition to being a member of the APP Ryan also instructs sterilization and safety related classes at their annual training conference in Las Vegas and answers piercing questions on the APP's safepiercing blog. Ryan also instructs piercing seminars for the Boston Tattoo Convention, the BMXNET conference in Germany, the United Kingdom APP conference, the Latin Body Piercers (LBP) conference in Mexico, and the GEP conference in Brazil.

Evan Quinno  apprenticed under Ryan for two years and is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Piercers. Evan has attended the APP conference and has studied jewelry, anatomy, technique, and aftercare. Evan performs all standard piercings but may be limited in regards to some advanced piercings.
